What Diskutera is
Diskutera shows an everyday decision from two opposing AI perspectives across three rounds, then gives a short verdict and lets you vote. It is there to help you think the decision through. The final choice is always yours.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use Diskutera. If you are under 13, do not use the site. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian who understands this notice.
AI answers are not advice
Every analysis is generated by language models. The arguments and the verdict are invented perspectives, not facts, and they can be wrong, out of date or badly reasoned. Nothing on Diskutera is legal, medical, financial, tax or professional advice. Check anything important with a qualified person before you act on it.
Acceptable use
Illegal or harmful prompts are strictly prohibited. Do not use Diskutera to plan harm to a person or animal, to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate someone, to violate someone’s privacy, or to break any law. Topics are screened and blocked before any analysis starts, in every supported language. You are responsible for what you type in.
Free allowance and accounts
You can run three analyses without an account. After that, sign in with an email to keep going — signing in is free. Paid plans give a larger daily allowance, are billed through Stripe, and can be changed from your account. Allowances reset daily and do not carry over.
Saved analyses and sharing
Analyses are only saved when you are signed in, and only you can open your history. A saved analysis stays private until you turn sharing on. If you do, anyone holding the link can read that one analysis, so do not share a link you would not want seen.
Your data
We store what is needed to run the service: your account email, your saved analyses and your plan details. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising measurement works and how to change your cookie choice.
Limits of liability
Diskutera is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make, or for losses that follow, based on an analysis from this site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. This page and its date are the current version; keep using Diskutera and you accept the version posted here.
